About This Site

Scope and Mission

This site is intended as a hub for organizing investigations into the sequence-based mediators of alternative splicing using splice-affecting mutations. The scope therefore encompasses all organisms that undergo splicing, all mutations affecting splicing (both natural and experimentally generated), and all types of splicing effects.

Our mission is to further understanding of spliceosomal regulation by accurately representing the relationships between mutations and splicing effects.
